I’m designing a housing complex for graduate students in Worcester, it will be the tallest building in the city. I have three ideas (shown above) the first (from left) is aggregating the units and orienting them towards various schools in the area. The second regularizes the units and gives everyone a terrace. The third attempts to bring the building down to a suburban level. My unit ideas are two levels leaving the living room double-height.
